How Embarrassing!

That is the answer I receive the most to the question I'm going to ask you today. When I ask you this question, what's the chances that you might just end up with the exact same reply... to feel embarrassed at the thought of what the world would think of you? Yet It's an incredibly powerful, and very simple, tool for you to use to start to change your life.

And what is that question? Well, quite simply...

How often do you just dance in the moment?

So what was your answer? Do you just dance, randomly, at any moment of the day? Just do a little jiggle when nobody is looking?

The truth is that doing a little dance, and flailing your arms around, at a random moment, might be just what you need. How so? Well, first of all, it has been proven that it is very difficult to stay in a low or depressed mood when you're moving your body around. Don't believe me? If you're sitting at your desk, feeling depressed about something, or if you have had a negative experience with a client or work colleague, well you have the power to change your mood... just quickly, where you are sitting, do a little dance, and throw in a smile for good measure... how do you feel now?

For most of us, when we receive really great news, it's only natural that we would laugh and break out into a little dance of joy. Use this to your benefit in other ways too. Have you been working hard on trying to attract something into your life? Well feeling good about receiving something you don't have yet is part of the law of attraction, right? The best way to bring about that feeling is to do a little dance of joy, as if it's something you have already. So today, why not take a moment, think about something you really want to bring into your life, then do a little dance of joy as if you have already received. Dance until you truly feel and believe that you have it.

Here's a great video for you to watch that takes this approach to a whole new life-changing level... give it a watch and do a little dance, you may be surprised at how good it feels
